For a long time, we have wanted to create a special little space for dinner and drinks in Sheung Wan.  

Set up as a twenty-seat counter, A Side is for daytime and B Side as night falls. The food is curious but never pretentious.

Working together with Shin Harakawa, from the wonderful Tokyo restaurant, Beard, and inspired by his trips to Hong Kong, this is our story of discovering and reflecting on local techniques and traditions, some that our generation have forgotten, or in haste, left behind.

 

With our intimate kitchen at your feet, we serve small plates with big flavours. Striving to seasonally spotlight the potential of Hong Kong grown ingredients and certified organic whenever possible. We are glad if we can showcase and encourage more support for quality Hong Kong produce. Hope you will connect with our cooking and enjoy our dining room.
